Finding your suppliers and screening every one of them for deforestation risk. You get a ranked list that shows which suppliers are high, medium or low risk, so you know where a full EUDR assessment is most useful. You only pay, €150 per supplier location, when you run a full assessment.
That’s fine. We find your suppliers for you and trace each one back to the farms and processing sites behind it. Then we screen them all for risk, for free.
If you sell timber, coffee, cocoa, rubber, palm oil, soy, cattle or anything made from them in the EU, or export it from the EU, almost certainly yes. Large and medium operators must comply by 30 December 2026, and so must small timber businesses already covered by the EU Timber Regulation. Other small and micro operators have until 30 June 2027 (Regulation (EU) 2025/2650).
Very little. They don’t fill out questionnaires. We find their sites and map the plots from satellite data, so all they need to do is confirm the locations.
Great, you’re ahead of most. But inspectors can look beyond the plots you were given, at other farms growing the same commodity nearby. They check whether plots were cherry-picked, or whether boundaries were drawn to leave out areas that don’t comply. An independent check of where your supplier sources from helps show you did your own due diligence.
For €150 per supplier location: a plot-by-plot satellite check against the 31 December 2020 cutoff, the cause of every flag named, an audit trail for every decision, and your due diligence statement (DDS) ready to submit in TRACES. Filing every year? Ask us about annual plans.
As the operator, you are responsible for understanding your obligations under EUDR, and we can’t give you legal advice. What we provide are tools that make it easier for you and your suppliers to produce the data you need to comply. They don’t replace your own due diligence, or your duty to get your suppliers to confirm the geolocations of their plots.
